DEPOSIT & REFUND:

We require a 50% non-refundable payment and signed contract to reserve the date. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event day. Cancellations made within 60 days of event day lose the right to a full refund. When securing a date with us, we turn down other potential clients and income for the date; therefore, refunds are not given under any circumstances. Forms of payment are cash, or check.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Our basic trailer rental fee is $550, 11 a.m. day of your event until 9 a.m. the following day. Our packages are custom-based on a variety of factors, including basic trailer rental, additional mileage, extra equipment rental, etc. Please email us through the contact page to discuss your package quote.

DO YOU PROVIDE BARTENDERS?
No. The Katie Grace is a “dry hire” bar, which means it is rented out to be serviced yourself, or by friends, family or hire help. Our trailer can accommodate 2 bartenders. It has one bar on the long side, and another at the rear. This allows 2
beverage lines to form. Less wait time, more party time!

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance. Your venue may have questions about insurance and service policies. We’ll be happy to oblige. We are a Limited Liability company.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
No. We do not have a liquor license. You need to purchase the alcohol from a separate vendor (store, caterer, venue).
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?
We love all types of celebrations! Here’s a list of a few: weddings, corporate, bridal shower, reunions, work event, block party, picnics, birthday, car shows, alumni events – anything that involves a good drink!
WHAT IS YOUR RAIN PLAN?
Let’s be honest, Michigan weather is unpredictable! We cannot predict rain or bad weather. In the event that rain is projected for your outdoor party, we will work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our trailer. Tents must be a minimum of 9 feet tall

WHAT DOES YOUR TRAILER REQUIRE FOR SPACE?
We require level ground for service, early access for set up, and two 120 volt standard outlets within 100 feet. Also, the ability to remove the trailer after hours.
WHERE CAN THE TRAILER BE POSITIONED?
Unhitched and all bars in place, the Katie Grace is 15 feet long by 8 feet wide by 8 feet high. We need a wide and easily traveled path/road and enough space to pull in/out with a full-sized truck.
CAN WE DECORATE THE TRAILER?
Yes. You are welcome to add decorations to the trailer to match the look of your event. Any decorations by the client must be hung without using nails, glue, or anything that would damage the trailer.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are based out of Walker, Michigan. Our package includes 25 miles round trip from zip code 49504 with a small charge for additional miles. Don’t forget – we are on wheels and love a good road trip! Fee free to reach out to discuss outside

CAN OUR VENUE USE YOUR TRAILER?
Yes! If your venue or catering company provides bar and beverage service, their staff can certainly work from our trailer.

CAN YOU SERVE BEER OUT OF KEGS?
Yes! The Katie Grace is equipped with a 3-tap draft beer system. Our Kegerator can fit one half-keg, and our Jockey Box can hold 2 slim quarter-kegs. All beer can be kept icy cold for the duration of your party! Kegs should arrive at the venue 3 hours prior to serving, to ensure they settle in time.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RESERVE A DATE?
Reach out to us on our contact page. Give us details of your event, (date, time, venue, additional rentals). We will send you a contract. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to hold your date.
